Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project schedule.
• Manage and monitor labor productivity and discipline.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer, subcontractors, and workers.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain daily progress and manpower reports.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of construction processes and site supervision.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and team handling skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
