Job Title: Linguistic Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to banking products and services
Provide information about loans, accounts, cards, and other banking solutions
Assist customers with issue resolution and service requests
Maintain accurate customer records and update system details
Ensure timely response and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments for query resolution
Follow company policies and service guidelines
Support customers with product-related information and documentation guidance
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Strong listening and coordination skills
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Eligibility Criteria
Preferred Languages:
