As a System Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for complex hardware firmware systems. Your role will primarily focus on Python-based automation to validate system behavior across hardware, enabling fast and reliable end-to-end system-level testing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement automated system tests for HWFW platforms using Python.
  • Develop and maintain test frameworks, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Analyze test results, logs, and failures to provide clear debug insights.
  • Collaborate with FW and HW teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
  • Improve test coverage, stability, and execution time.
  • Maintain clear documentation for tests, setups, and tools.

**Qualifications Required:**

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in multidisciplinary system automation involving hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Strong skills in Python for automation, scripting, and object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in automation architecture.
  • Experience working in a Linux environment.
  • Proficient in Git version control and cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, low-level interfaces, and protocol testing.
  • Experience in troubleshooting using standard test equipment.
  • Excellent technical comprehension for new terms and concepts.
  • Hands-on approach to defining tests, setting up ramps, and debugging failures.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
