Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves providing top-notch nursing care to patients in their homes. Daily responsibilities include delivering medical care, supporting patients with their health needs, documenting patient progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and experience in nursing
• Strong background in Medicine and Home Care practices
• Proficiency in Patient Care, including administering treatments and monitoring health conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and families
• Ability to work independently in a home-care environment
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple patient needs effectively
• Familiarity with medical documentation and patient record-keeping
