You will be responsible for assisting in organizing the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe storage of items. Your role will involve overseeing proper packing, labeling, and coordinating with shipping providers for timely deliveries. Additionally, you will prepare and issue invoices for shipped items, monitor stock levels, participate in audits, receive incoming shipments, and maintain records of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing the warehouse for efficient and safe storage of items
- Oversee proper packing, labeling, and coordination with shipping providers
- Prepare and issue invoices for shipped items, addressing any discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels, alert supervisors of low stock, and participate in audits
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against orders or invoices
- Liaise with departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain records of shipments, inventory transactions, and billing
- Adhere to and promote warehouse safety guidelines
- Identify and suggest process improvements in the logistics workflow
- Update databases, prepare reports, and assist in other relevant administrative tasks

- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management
- Full-time availability in-office and immediate joining
