Role Overview The Data Analyst will be responsible for turning raw data into meaningful insights that inform policy decisions and service improvements for the Compassionate Intervention program. This includes analyzing user interactions, service outcomes, and program effectiveness . Key Responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze data from Compassionate Intervention digital tools . Identify trends, patterns, and key insights that improve decision-making across health, social services, and justice . Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik . Work closely with policy-makers and service delivery teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting . Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis . Hands‑on experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik to develop government reports . Strong understanding of data security and privacy (FOIP, HIA compliance) . Experience working with large, structured datasets from multiple government sources .
