As a Store Assistant Manager in this Pharma/BioTech/Clinical Research industry, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Supervising the loading and unloading of Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM)
- Conducting primary inspections of RM and PM
- Cleaning and verifying the weight of RM and PM
- Preparing Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Sampling requisition, and Quarantine label
- Coordinating with Quality Control (QC) for sampling and cleaning of the sampling room for RM and PM
- Storing and segregating materials according to their Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Monitoring and checking day-to-day records including weighing balance calibration, temperature and humidity records, usage and cleaning records, equipment cleaning records, etc.
- Coordinating with the Engineering department for preventive maintenance and calibration within specific timelines
- Maintaining inventory, conducting physical stock verifications, handling hazardous materials, and following cGMP practices within the department
- Preparing for regulatory and statutory audits and visits
- Documenting departmental procedures such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, logbooks, deviations, change controls, training records, incidents, etc.
- Handling In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) observations, audit complaints, change controls, deviations, etc.
- Dispensing materials as per production requisition forms and updating relevant records
Qualifications required for this role:
- Experience: 3 - 5 years
- Education: Graduate (B.Sc)
