Real Estate Sales / Business Development Executive – Goregaon Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 Years (Real Estate Mandatory)
CTC: As per industry standards + Incentives
Role
Responsible for lead generation, CP calling, client handling, site visits, and end-to-end sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling & CP (Channel Partner) calling
- Manage walk-ins, client meetings & site visits
- Ensure strong follow-ups for closures
- Coordinate for booking & documentation
- Maintain CRM updates & sales reports
Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
- Strong in lead generation, calling & closures
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
