Real Estate Sales / Business Development Executive – Goregaon Mumbai

Experience: 3–6 Years (Real Estate Mandatory)

CTC: As per industry standards + Incentives

Role

Responsible for lead generation, CP calling, client handling, site visits, and end-to-end sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling & CP (Channel Partner) calling
  • Manage walk-ins, client meetings & site visits
  • Ensure strong follow-ups for closures
  • Coordinate for booking & documentation
  • Maintain CRM updates & sales reports

Requirements

  • Experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
  • Strong in lead generation, calling & closures
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
