- Develop and recommend sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets, including planning for new project launches.
- *Operational:**
- Drive channel partner engagement, appoint and manage partner performance while adhering to company policies.
- Assign sales targets to the team, track sales inventory closely, and oversee channel distribution strategy.
- Interact directly with potential customers, negotiate deals, and manage end-to-end lead conversion.
- Identify and explore corporate sales opportunities in the region, ensuring seamless site experience for customers.
- *People Management:**
- Set work objectives, allocate tasks, and oversee performance of the site sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, annual appraisals, and lead team engagement initiatives.
- *Process Adherence & Improvement:**
- Identify and recommend process enhancements for cost efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, guidelines, and project timelines.
- *Learning & Development:**
- Identify personal development areas and pursue growth opportunities through training, education, and hands-on projects.

- MBA in Marketing & Sales (Tier 2 Institute preferred)
