Job Description
Call Center Executive:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to: Room reservations (individual & corporate) Restaurant and F&B enquiries Day outing packages and group bookings General resort information and guest guidance
- Provide accurate information on room categories, packages, tariffs, inclusions, and resort facilities.
- Assist guests in selecting suitable packages based on their requirements.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Sales, and Operations teams to confirm availability and block bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and guest details in CRM or booking systems.
- Follow up on enquiries and leads to ensure timely conversion and closure.
- Update daily booking sheets, enquiry trackers, and MIS reports using Excel or CRM tools.
- Handle guest queries professionally, ensuring every interaction reflects the resort’s service standards.
- Escalate special requests, complaints, or critical issues to the concerned department promptly.
