Job Description

Call Center Executive:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to: Room reservations (individual & corporate) Restaurant and F&B enquiries Day outing packages and group bookings General resort information and guest guidance
  • Provide accurate information on room categories, packages, tariffs, inclusions, and resort facilities.
  • Assist guests in selecting suitable packages based on their requirements.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Sales, and Operations teams to confirm availability and block bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and guest details in CRM or booking systems.
  • Follow up on enquiries and leads to ensure timely conversion and closure.
  • Update daily booking sheets, enquiry trackers, and MIS reports using Excel or CRM tools.
  • Handle guest queries professionally, ensuring every interaction reflects the resort’s service standards.
  • Escalate special requests, complaints, or critical issues to the concerned department promptly.
