Merchandiser(Exports - Madeups)

G M Fabrics is hiring "Merchandiser" for Madeups and Exports Dept.

Job location: Marol, Andheri(E)

Job Role:

• Customer’s sampling order coordination with design team and factory.
• Take approvals from customers on samples.
• Take the final orders from customers.
• Process the customer orders for production and keep updated to customers about order status.
• Make sure for timely billing & dispatch the goods to customers
• Attend customer enquires / orders / Complaints / Feedback.
• Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database
• Follow up with customers for payments.
• Reporting to senior Managers day to day basis.
• Previously working on SAP – SD & FICO module will be added advantage.

Education and Experience:

• Textile graduate
• Min 4+ years of experience with relevant experience in Madeups
• Excellent customer handling skills
• Good with MS Excel and reporting making
