We are currently looking for a Terminal Manager for our Pickering Terminal.
Job ID: PICTM2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
Salary: Salary will be based on experience

You will be required to:
- Manage, coach and train personnel
. Coach, train and mentor your supervisors
. Manage Operating budget, P&L responsibility and Performance KPIs
- Daily Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
- Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound
. Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
. Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
. Manage last mile performance with Independent Contractors
. Respond to all Customer Experience Team requests
Do you fit the job profile?
- Previous Management experience in the Transportation or Courier Industry is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to exercise initiative, multitask and work well as part of a team
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
