Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured CBT-based therapy sessions for children Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based interventions, including CBT, behavior modification, and play-based techniques Track progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure effective outcomes Provide guidance and training to parents and caregivers Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field 1–4 years of experience in child counseling, behavioral therapy, or mental health Strong understanding of child development and behavioral disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills: Experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, or developmental delays Knowledge of Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, or ABA techniques Experience in clinical or multidisciplinary environments How to Apply: We are actively hiring—interested candidates may send their updated resume to "raghav16886@gmail.com" or Whats App their resume to "+91-8283846914".
