Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured CBT-based therapy sessions for children
Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based interventions, including CBT, behavior modification, and play-based techniques
Track progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure effective outcomes
Provide guidance and training to parents and caregivers
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in child counseling, behavioral therapy, or mental health
Strong understanding of child development and behavioral disorders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, or developmental delays
Knowledge of Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, or ABA techniques
Experience in clinical or multidisciplinary environments
