About Us

Global Infotech is a fast-growing IT company specializing in Software Development, School ERP, Website Development, E-Commerce Solutions, News Portals, Mobile Applications, Digital Business Cards, and Custom IT Solutions. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to build, lead, and manage our sales team across Chhattisgarh.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
  • Build and maintain a team of at least 20 active Sales Executives.
  • Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Generate new business opportunities for Software, Websites, ERP, Mobile Apps, and IT Services.
  • Visit clients whenever required to support the sales team.
  • Ensure monthly business targets are achieved.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with management regarding team performance and business growth.
  • Maintain high employee retention and productivity.

Requirements

  • MBA (Marketing), BBA, or Graduate with strong sales leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Team Management or Business Development.
  • Experience in recruiting and managing field sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work under sales targets.
  • Willing to travel across Chhattisgarh.
  • Experience in IT, Software, SaaS, or Website Sales will be preferred.
