Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer – SEO, GEO & AEO Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and growth-oriented Full Stack Developer who can build, optimize, and maintain high-performing digital platforms while ensuring maximum visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms.

This role goes beyond conventional web development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing technical SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to help our brand rank effectively on Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-driven search experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
• Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern development frameworks.
• Optimize website speed, performance, security, and user experience.
• Implement CMS integrations and custom web applications as required.
• Maintain website uptime and troubleshoot technical issues.

Technical SEO Implementation

• Execute on-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Optimize site architecture, URL structures, internal linking, and metadata.
• Implement schema markup and structured data.
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, redirects, and crawl optimization.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

• Structure website content for visibility in AI-powered search engines and LLMs.
• Implement semantic HTML and content frameworks that improve AI comprehension.
• Optimize content architecture for retrieval and citation by generative AI systems.
• Develop and maintain knowledge-base structures that enhance discoverability.
• Track brand visibility across AI search platforms and recommend improvements.

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

• Create and optimize FAQ sections, schema markup, and structured content.
• Develop content formats that improve eligibility for featured snippets and direct answers.
• Implement conversational search optimization strategies.
• Enhance content discoverability for voice search and AI assistants.

Analytics & Performance

• Monitor SEO, GEO, and AEO performance metrics.
• Generate regular reports on traffic, rankings, AI visibility, and conversions.
• Identify opportunities for growth through data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to improve organic performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
• Node.js, PHP, Python, or equivalent backend technologies
• SQL and database management
• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Tag Manager
• Technical SEO tools
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Experience implementing schema markup and structured data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Headless CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI search platforms and LLM ecosystems.
• Knowledge of vector search, semantic search, and content retrieval systems.
• Experience working on lead-generation, education, SaaS, or e-commerce websites.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI content workflows.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
