HR Manager - Non-IT

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resource operations in a non-IT / industrial setup. The role requires expertise in plant HR, statutory compliance, employee relations, and workforce management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for plant and industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Oversee employee lifecycle management induction, confirmation, engagement, and exit formalities
• Maintain and monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other labour laws
• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
• Drive training & development initiatives and skill enhancement programs
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, MIS reports, and employee records
• Support and execute performance management systems (PMS/KPIs)
• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce optimization

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist role within a manufacturing / industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations
• Experience managing blue-collar workforce is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll systems

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
• Graduation in any discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in manufacturing / plant HR operations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and result-oriented approach
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Indore preferred
