Human Resources Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Kalyan. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing hiring processes. They will collaborate with internal teams to align hiring strategies with organizational needs and contribute to building and promoting strong employer branding initiatives. Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and executing Hiring strategies
• Knowledge of Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in educational or EdTech sectors is a plus

Pay: ₹10,696.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
