Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Kalyan. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing hiring processes. Qualifications

- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and executing Hiring strategies
- Knowledge of Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in educational or EdTech sectors is a plus
