Job Description

As a Senior HR specializing in Internal HR for US Staffing at TopsySIT, your role involves handling end-to-end internal hiring for various US Staffing roles such as recruiters, team leads, account managers, and support staff. You will work closely with delivery/account managers to understand business hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies for staffing teams. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates for US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales / Account Manager roles, conducting HR interviews, managing offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end internal hiring for US Staffing roles
  • Work with delivery/account managers to plan recruitment for staffing teams
  • Source and screen candidates for US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales / Account Manager roles
  • Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates' communication skills, US staffing knowledge, and cultural fit
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding of new hires
  • Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, induction, performance tracking, and exit formalities
  • Monitor and reduce attrition in US staffing teams by implementing retention strategies
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRIS/ATS systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Coordinate and support performance appraisal processes for US staffing teams
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment
  • Plan and execute training programs such as US staffing process, communication, and compliance
  • Track HR metrics including hiring turnaround time, employee retention, and performance trends
  • Support management in organizational development and workforce planning

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in internal hiring for US Staffing roles
  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems and HR compliance
  • Certification in HR management is a plus
