Ready to suit up as a Surveillance Security Supervisor

Your strength in supervision lies in your ability to mobilize a team, build trust, and encourage collaboration. If you know how to rally people around common goals, this position is for you.

As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Permanent position: Monday to Friday (occasinal weekends when needed)

Responsibilities for Surveillance Security Guard Supervisor

Lead a team of on-site security guards
Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
Issue and manage access cards
Complete daily reports and incident reports
All other related duties

Qualifications for Surveillance Security Guard Supervisor

Be authorized to work in Canada
This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
Excellent leadership skills
1 or more years of experience in security and team management
First aid certification
Hold a valid Ontario security license
