Pay Range: $20-$40 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, identify and repair various plumbing systems ranging from faucet repairs, water heater installations, toilet repairs, unclog drains, to repipes with appropriate tools and materials for repair.
• Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service.
• Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options and maintenance plans.
• Be professional and knowledgeable: keep current on manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
• Document work by completing digital paperwork on each job utilizing Service Titan
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Participate actively in trainings and meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals.
• Commit to the highest standards of ethics, honesty and integrity.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets in Service Titan.

Requirements

• Journeyman Plumber License
• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, possess, and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade.
• Must be able to multitask and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training to advance position.
• Ability to follow Safety Guidelines and safely work with heights and in tight working conditions (attics) from extension and step ladders.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
