What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced electricians and participating in apprenticeship development. You’ll support the service team with installations, repairs, and safety inspections—following proven processes and checklists to ensure high-quality work every time.You’ll also:

• Assist with residential electrical service, maintenance, and installations
• Learn to troubleshoot electrical systems and components
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Document work performed and communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of electrical or related hands-on experience
• Strong work ethic and commitment to following established procedures
• Interest in electrical systems, tools, and problem-solving
• Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license (insurable)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
