About the roleWe are looking for a Uniformed Security Specialist who will act as a senior security officer, ensuring a safe and secure environment across our facilities. The role involves routine patrols, access control, and rapid response to emergencies while maintaining professional and approachable interactions with employees and visitors.Key responsibilitiesConduct routine patrols within assigned areas to identify and mitigate potential risks.Manage access points, verify credentials of employees and visitors, and monitor for unauthorized entry.Support emergency evacuation drills and respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and other crises.Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions using resolver tools.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.Provide friendly, professional assistance while balancing approachability and authority.Attend quarterly safety and security training and stay updated on security technologies.Required profileMinimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in criminology, security management, or related field is preferred.At least 2 years of experience in security operations or a similar role; fresh graduates with relevant certifications are also welcome.Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and respond to emergencies.Required skillsProficiency with incident management platforms such as Resolver or Everbridge.Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
