About the roleThe Security Officer will ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors at our Gurugram facility. This full‑time position involves active monitoring, rapid response to incidents, and coordination with external emergency services.Key responsibilitiesPatrol premises and monitor CCTV feeds to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.Control entry points, verify visitor identification, and maintain accurate visitor logs.Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and any security incidents.Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.Collaborate with police, fire departments, and medical personnel when required.Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.Required profileGraduate in any discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security or related security roles.Age between 21 and 40 years, physically fit and medically cleared.Clean criminal record.Required skillsFamiliarity with CCTV systems.Experience using metal detectors and basic security equipment.
