FX Physical Therapy’s Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing a high-performance digital ecosystem that drives patient acquisition, engagement, and long-term growth. This role sits at the intersection of content, search, and conversion—translating clinical expertise into measurable digital performance while contributing insights that help shape and refine our digital growth strategy.
Working closely with the Digital Optimization Specialist and Marketing Director, this role serves as a key executional partner while supporting strategic direction through data, insights, and continuous optimization across SEO, SEM, content, and local visibility.
Core Focus
Drive growth through:
- High-intent search visibility (SEO + SEM across Google, Bing, Apple, and AI-driven search experiences)
- Consistent, performance-driven content production
- Local market dominance across all clinic locations
- Conversion optimization across all digital touchpoints
- Ongoing contribution to digital strategy through performance insights and optimization
Core Competencies
SEO / SEM / PPC (Performance Execution)
- Execute and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Local Services Ads (LSAs)
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing)
- Support visibility within Apple ecosystem search and AI-driven search environments
- Continuously improve cost per acquisition (CPA) and conversion volume
- Perform keyword research, expansion, and negative keyword management
- Test and iterate ad copy, targeting, and campaign structure
- Identify opportunities to capture high-intent search traffic across platforms
- Provide insights that inform campaign and channel strategy
Content Development (Search-Driven & Conversion-Focused)
- Write and publish 2 SEO-optimized blogs per week (minimum)
- Align content to patient search intent, program priorities, and local/AI-search opportunities
- Structure content for featured snippets, generative search visibility, and conversion
- Translate clinical expertise into high-converting content
- Repurpose content across channels
- Leverage tools such as ChatGPT for ideation and drafting while maintaining brand voice
- Ensure all content reinforces brand differentiation
Local SEO & Market Visibility
- Own and optimize presence across:
- Google Business Profiles
- Apple Maps
- Bing Places
- Drive review growth and actively manage responses
- Improve map pack rankings and local visibility
- Support local authority through partnerships and backlinks
Website Optimization (SEO + Conversion)
- Optimize website pages for search visibility and conversion performance
- In conjunction with Digital Optimization Specialist, implement updates in WordPress
- Support landing page creation and optimization
- Ensure seamless conversion pathways
- Identify UX/UI improvements that impact performance
Data, Reporting & Continuous Optimization
- Track and analyze:
- Organic traffic
- Keyword rankings
- Conversion rates
- Paid campaign performance (CPA, efficiency)
- Monitor evolving search trends (including AI search)
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Provide recommendations that refine strategy
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency
Digital Operations & Collaboration
- Partner with the Digital Optimization Specialist on technical SEO and backend improvements
- Support site maintenance and troubleshooting
- Contribute to automations, workflows, and SOP development
Team Integration
- Partner with:
- Marketing Director
- Digital Optimization Specialist
- Program leads
- Support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Contribute insights that help guide program and channel direction
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or digital marketing
- Strong writing ability with SEO content experience
- Experience with:
- Google Ads + Microsoft Advertising
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Understanding of local SEO and evolving search environments
- Analytical and execution-focused

Compensation & Employment Type
- Hybrid-Remote Full Time
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus based on achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Organic traffic growth
- Keyword ranking improvements (top 3 / page 1 movement)
- Cost per conversion (CPA) efficiency
- Total conversions (calls, bookings, form fills)
- Conversion rate improvements
- Local SEO performance (map pack visibility, review growth)
