We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Compensation & Statutory Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, compensation structuring, and Indian statutory compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and structure employee compensation in compliance with statutory laws
• Handle payroll inputs, salary break-ups, and CTC structuring
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labor laws
• Manage statutory filings, returns, and related documentation
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Auditors for compliance activities
• Ensure timely statutory payments and accurate deductions
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and implement necessary compliance measures

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing
• Good analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in compliance activities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
