Compensation & Statutory Compliance Specialist
Locatin:Rajpura
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: BBA / MBA / BCOM / MCOM
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Compensation & Statutory Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, compensation structuring, and Indian statutory compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and structure employee compensation in compliance with statutory laws
- Handle payroll inputs, salary break-ups, and CTC structuring
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labor laws
- Manage statutory filings, returns, and related documentation
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Auditors for compliance activities
- Ensure timely statutory payments and accurate deductions
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and implement necessary compliance measures
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing
- Good analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in compliance activities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
