As an intern, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination and execution of IT processes:

• Drive Change Management: Initiate and manage IT Change Requests (CRs), ensuring seamless movement through the approval lifecycle
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, proactively following up via emails and discussions to secure timely approvals
• Process Governance: Track approval statuses, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to defined processes and compliance standards
• Operational Support: Assist IT and business teams with clear documentation, updates, and structured communication
• Data & Record Management: Maintain organized records of system changes, approvals, and operational updates for transparency and audit readiness
