This is a contract employment for 2 to 3 Months work from office. Work experience of Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, Zoho Recruitis mandatory for this role. We are looking for immediate joining candidates who have notice period please do not apply.
Role Description This full-time remote Zoho Developer–Consultant(Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, Zoho Recruit) role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Zoho-based solutions for clients across various industries. The role includes configuring and customizing Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM and related Zoho suite tools), building workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems. The Zoho Developer–Consultant will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and user experiences. Daily activities involve developing and testing custom functions, maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and preparing documentation and user training materials. The role also requires participating in client meetings, providing consultative guidance on best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of FusionHawk’s digital transformation offerings.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Zoho ecosystem (full-time remote Zoho Developer–Consultant(Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, Zoho Recruit)
- Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk) including customization, workflow automation, and integration development.
- Strong skills in programming and scripting relevant to Zoho (such as Deluge scripting, APIs, webhooks) and experience with RESTful integrations.
- Solid understanding of CRM processes, business workflows, and data modeling, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms and related tools (e.g., Salesforce or other CRMs, RPA tools, browser extensions) and familiarity with modern integration patterns.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization for cloud-based applications and integrations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse, global teams and consulting directly with clients in a remote setting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver within agreed timelines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or implementation of business applications is highly beneficial.
