Role DescriptionThis is a remote role for an Online Tutor at Fundamend Academy. We are hiring passionate tutors for 1:1 online classes (Grade 112, CBSE/ICSE/State Boards).

Role:Conduct interactive 1:1 live classesCustomize teaching based on student levelTrack student progress and performanceMaintain structured lesson delivery

ResponsibilitiesInclude delivering personalized online lessons to students, creating customized lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing regular feedback to parents. The role also involves helping students overcome challenges in core subjects, strengthening their understanding of fundamentals, and supporting overall academic growth.

QualificationsStrong subject knowledge in core academic areasAbility to design and deliver engaging, student-centered lesson plans and learning materialsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts in a clear and simple mannerExperience in conducting assessments, tracking student performance, and providing constructive feedbackFamiliarity with CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curricula is highly preferredProficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online teachingA passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to achieve their academic goalsBachelors degree in Education, the relevant subject field, or a related disciplinePrior experience in tutoring or teaching is advantageous
