Our Performance Marketing team is growing – and so are our ambitions. We are
scaling our Paid Social campaigns across international markets and are looking for
someone to support us with drive and dedication. You bring a fresh perspective,
analytical thinking, and a genuine passion for data-driven marketing? Then you are
exactly the person we are looking for. Here, you won’t just watch from the sidelines –
you will be right in the middle of it: from campaign planning to optimisation to testing
new channels. Your contribution matters – and you will see it in the numbers.
This is where we need your support:
You set up, manage, and optimise Paid Social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) independently – including targeting, bidding, creative selection, as well as the setup and publishing of campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
You analyse campaign data, derive actionable insights to improve performance (e.g. ROAS, CPA, CTR), and communicate your results in a clear and structured way.
You plan and run A/B tests – for example on creatives, audiences, and ad copy – and continuously contribute to improving our campaign effectiveness.
You support the setup, testing, and scaling of new paid channels such as TikTok, Outbrain, or Affiliate, and help drive cross-channel integration.
You work closely with internal teams (e.g. Creative, Copy, Data) and external partners to develop and execute high-performing campaigns across the full customer journey.
You have the following experience:
You communicate confidently in English (C1 or higher) and German (B2 or higher) – both languages are required for effective day-to-day collaboration.
You have 1–2 years of professional experience in performance marketing or a related field, and you bring a strong willingness to keep learning.
You have a solid understanding of data-driven marketing and are familiar with key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and bROAS, as well as basic funnel concepts.
You have hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager (must-have) and ideally also with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or similar tools.
You are able to set up campaigns in a structured way, manage budgets, define target audiences, and make performance optimisations.
You have basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), understand UTM parameters, and can conduct simple funnel analyses.
Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Excel/Google Sheets, as well as a basic understanding of tracking and attribution, is a big advantage.
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is nice to have, but not a requirement.
