As a Brand Manager - Creative & Growth at Balancehero India Pvt. Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative ideation for brand campaigns, social media marketing, and performance-led initiatives on different platforms. - Transform business objectives into compelling creative ideas and brand narratives. - Own and define the brand's content direction, including formats, tone, and storytelling strategies. - Develop influencer marketing concepts, establish collaborations, and oversee end-to-end execution. - Work closely with design, video, and performance marketing teams to bring creative ideas to fruition. - Provide copywriting support for campaigns, social media content, and retention initiatives. - Utilize AI tools to enhance creative output while ensuring originality, clarity, and brand consistency.
