As a Demand and Supply Planner at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of materials and finished goods. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives. Utilize statistical modeling, demand software (SAP IBP), and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine forecasts.
• Continuously adjust demand forecasts based on sales plan, market shifts, promotions, new product launches, and customer insights.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels by managing stock levels and reordering strategies together with Central Supply Planning. Minimize stockouts, overstocks, and obsolete inventory through effective planning.
• Act as the primary interface between the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment. Procure and Source local items like Pack material, Intermediates, Services, Finished Products
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

Qualifications required for this role:

• Graduate with SCM specialization OR BE in Industrial/Production Engineering OR MBA/PGDM in Operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand/supply planning in FMCG manufacturing.
