Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Sports, Deep Tissue, and Medical Massage to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver targeted therapeutic massage treatments designed to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer specialized massage therapies including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports massage to address specific musculoskeletal issues.
• Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.
• Educate clients on pain management strategies, injury prevention, and post-treatment care to support ongoing health goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and occupational health teams to coordinate care for patients with complex conditions.
• Deliver exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming environment focused on comfort, trust, and positive results.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with specialization in sports or medical massage.
• Proven experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
• Familiarity with physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage practices.
• Prior work in med spas or clinical settings emphasizing patient assessment and customized treatment plans.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of occupational health principles related to injury prevention and recovery is a plus.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
