The role of Residential Ambassador at Four Seasons is a vital position located at the Residential Lobby, focused on providing outstanding personalized service to homeowners residing in Four Seasons properties. As a Residential Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for residents, responding promptly and accurately to a wide range of requests and inquiries. The Residential Ambassador is responsible for handling all resident interactions with professionalism and warmth, assisting with conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with community Rules & Regulations. You will manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, coordinate services such as valet and housekeeping, and facilitate access for authorized vendors and contractors. A deep knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and cultural events is vital, as you will provide tailored recommendations and assist residents with booking transportation, tickets, and reservations.

This position demands multitasking in a dynamic luxury environment and requires proficiency with various software programs to manage requests accurately and ensure proper billing. The role also involves collaborating with other Four Seasons teams to plan events and maintain residents’ profiles up to date.
