Role and Responsibilities:
The Hotel Front Desk Agent role combines guest service excellence with overnight auditing responsibilities. This full-time position requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and a heartfelt service approach.
- Engage with guests in a genuine and authentic manner upon arrival. Understand their needs and emotions to help create their best possible experience.
- Complete guest departures while ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Perform night audit duties, reviewing and reconciling financial documentation from the day's operations.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills while delivering exceptional hospitality. Fulfill special requests, resolve guest concerns, and assist with inquiries related to hotel services, operating hours, key staff, events, and directions.
- Use multiple computer systems to execute guest check-ins, check-outs, daily reports, and room assignments.
- Demonstrate dedication to teamwork and actively support collective goals.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations when Reservations staff are unavailable; assist with guest calls and route inquiries appropriately when Communications staff are unavailable.
- Work closely with the Overnight Security Agent to ensure guest safety and maintain security throughout the resort property.
- Move throughout the hotel as required, both behind the desk and around the property.
- Stand continuously for the duration of the shift.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A sincere and compassionate nature, a strong passion for hospitality, and a commitment to integrity and dependability.
- Comfort confidently expressing your authentic self.
- Ability to make informed decisions that prioritize guest satisfaction and foster meaningful connections.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and support collective success.
- More than two years of experience in the service industry, ideally within luxury hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail, with responsibilities including auditing revenue records and processing daily audit reports.
- Availability for two overnight shifts along with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience managing rotating day shifts, occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Experience in luxury hospitality or in a guest-facing role involving both service and administrative tasks.
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort working independently during overnight hours.
