In this position...

The Dealer Tools Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the modernization of the Variable Marketing & Incentives AI platform and its supporting toolset. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy from early discovery and journey mapping through roadmap development and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, dealers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive end-to-end execution across a complex, high-impact product domain.

Although this is classified as a remote position, candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week. We also have a strong preference for those living in eastern or central time zones.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent with demonstrated ability to deliver strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Other skills to include:
  • Experience using AI tools to deliver business artifacts and engineering support faster.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading agile product teams and coordinating across engineering, UX, research, and architecture to drive value delivery.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence dealer partners and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to make trade-off decisions across customer needs, business value, technical constraints, and operational complexity.
  • A strong customer mindset and passion for building products that solve meaningful user and business needs.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within complex organizations.

Even better, you may have...

  • MBA or Master's Degree
  • Domain expertise in dealer operations, incentives, or variable marketing strategy.
  • Experience building products for global markets, with an understanding of how regional dealer operations, incentive models, and business processes vary across geographies.
  • Define and communicate opportunities to apply AI in support of data-driven optimization, incentive strategy, and decision-making.
  • Experience building AI based tools as a fundamental component (not just using AI).
  • Experience in corporate strategy, product strategy, consulting, or related strategic discipline.
  • Experience leading change management and adoption planning to support successful rollout of new platform capabilities across stakeholders and markets.
  • A strong understanding of the software systems that support the platform, or the ability to learn them quickly to inform future trade-off and investment decisions.

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:

  • Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
  • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up childcare and more

  • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases
  • Tuition assistance
  • Established and active employee resource groups
  • Paid time off for individual and team community service
  • A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year's Day
