As a System Integration Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for the integration testing of complex systems and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will need to understand and document regulatory requirements and standards. Your role will involve influencing hardware and software design to ensure quality and meeting global regulatory standards. It will be essential to stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and ensure Ford products pass certification tests at agency labs by working side-by-side on validation per qualifying norms. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed test reports, compliance documentation, and regulatory submissions. Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for potential compliance issues will be part of your responsibilities. Continuous improvement of testing and compliance processes to enhance product reliability and regulatory adherence is crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams on product requirements, validation, and failure analyses will also be expected.

- Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements relevant to the EV industry, specifically UL, IEC, ISO as applicable to electrical and electronics modules/assemblies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
