Workplace Wellness Doctor (Chakan)

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate MBBS Doctor to provide on-site medical

consultation and healthcare services at Forbes Marshall through Varale Chakan Medicare. This

is a part-time role focused on ensuring the health and well-being of the workforce during

morning hours.

Key Responsibilities

● Primary Care: Provide medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for employees

during the scheduled hours.

● Emergency Response: Handle any on-site workplace injuries or medical emergencies

effectively.

● Health Surveillance: Conduct routine health check-ups and monitor occupational health

standards.

● Consultation: Advise employees on chronic disease management and preventive

healthcare.

● Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all patient visits.

Requirements

● Education: Valid MBBS degree from a recognized institution.

● Certification: Must be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State

Medical Council.

● Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting or industrial health center is

preferred.

●Treating both company employees and local community.

● Minimum 3-5 years experience post internship.

● Hours are not fixed for morning only - either morning or afternoon and it would be a 4 hour slot.

● Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centric approach.
