Job Summary
The Trainer will provide hands-on and theoretical instruction to students, preparing them for careers as mobile technicians, broadband engineers, and sales professionals. You will lead the classroom through hardware diagnostics, network configurations, and customer-facing sales strategies to ensure they are job-ready for the evolving telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mobile Repair Training
Hardware Diagnostics: Teach students to dismantle and reassemble various smartphone models (iOS and Android).
Component Repair: Instruct on screen replacements, battery swaps, and micro-soldering for motherboard-level repairs.
Software Troubleshooting: Guide students on flashing firmware, removing viruses, and bypassing locks/resetting passwords.
2. Broadband & Networking Training
Installation & Setup: Train students on installing and configuring Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) such as modems, routers, and switches.
Cabling & Splicing: Teach proper techniques for running fiber optic and coaxial cables, including splicing and termination.
Fault Finding: Instruct on using multimeters and signal testers to identify short circuits or connectivity drops.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Electrical and Electronics OR Diploma in Electrical and Communication OR B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics OR B.Tech in Electrical and Communication OR B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication OR Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication with 3 Years’ Experience in teaching.
