Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital brand strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Develop campaigns that build awareness, trust, and aspiration.
Shape Kaabil's positioning as a trusted employment platform for women.
Drive platform user acquisition.
Run paid and organic campaigns.
Optimize CTR, CAC, installs, sign-ups, and activation metrics.
Improve targeting, messaging, and creative performance.
Manage digital, creative, and performance agencies.
Create campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Track agency performance and execution quality.
Own content calendars.
Maintain consistent messaging and audience targeting.
Source success stories and program updates.
Adapt content to platform trends.
Define KPIs across brand and growth funnels.
Build dashboards and leadership reports.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize continuously.

Skills & Experience

5–8+ years in digital marketing, growth, brand, or performance marketing.
Strong agency management experience.
Expertise in paid media, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Data-driven and comfortable with analytics tools (Meta, Google, dashboards).
Experience in platforms, marketplaces, or user-acquisition-led businesses is preferred.
Exposure to social impact, skilling, or employment ecosystems is a plus.
