As a team member at Five Below, your primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and aiding in store operations to ensure that the shopping experience is enjoyable and welcoming for everyone.

• Encourage customer engagement by marketing store events, promotions, and activities to stimulate participation.
• Handle customer grievances with courtesy, proposing alternative solutions if available.
• Communicate about merchandise restocking and customer reviews with the management.
• Engage in teamwork to successfully achieve the store and company goals.

Qualifications for Retail Sales Support Associate:

• Those who are 16 years old and older are invited to participate.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are necessary for this role.
• Skilled at utilizing and familiar with technology like registers and mobile devices.
• Expertise in strong communication and customer service acumen.

Essential Job Functions of Retail Sales Support Associate:

• Carry out cashier responsibilities and process customer transactions accurately.
• Carry and sort merchandise weighing a maximum of 25 pounds and place them on shelves that are up to 10 feet high.
• Scale ladders and execute bending, twisting, and stooping movements when restocking items and helping customers.
• Collaborate through direct and telephonic exchanges with clients, coworkers, and managers.
• Frequently relocate between different sections of the store and storage spaces.
• Maintain your concentration and remain in a vertical position for an extended period.
• Demonstrate readiness to work overnight hours by being open to flexible scheduling.
