Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media.
Resolve concerns related to orders, deliveries, COD, returns, and products.
Confirm and follow up on customer requests promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
Build long-term customer relationships through quality service.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
Good problem-solving and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Prior experience in customer support is preferred.
