Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve concerns related to orders, deliveries, COD, returns, and products.
- Confirm and follow up on customer requests promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships through quality service.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Good problem-solving and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in customer support is preferred.
