Job Description
As a NoC Engineer / Analyst at FINT Solutions, your role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions aligned with client and business needs. You will be responsible for:
- Strong diagnosing of IT alerts, events, or issues daily
- Solid background working with systems, networking, and hardware such as Cisco routers, switches, UCS blades, Pure, Nimble, Windows 2016, 2019 server, and IOS
- Proficient with Cloud platform and infrastructure, particularly Azure
- Familiar with monitoring tools like Logic Monitor, Splunk
- Strong understanding of Splunk products
- Supporting Data Center facilities, power redundancy, racking & uncracking equipment, and cabling
- Familiarity with enterprise backup systems
- Experience with Virtual Servers like VMWare and vMotion process
You should possess:
- 5 years of IT network operations experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong documentation skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize workload
- Analytical skills for escalations and troubleshooting
- Proactive approach to process improvement within NOC and IT team
- Strong team player mentality
- Experience with ITSM ticketing system
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching, firewalls, and access points
- Experience with configuring and managing effective monitoring
In addition, you will be responsible for daily operations including monitoring and responding to alerts, responding to and resolving issues with the ticketing system, working with vendors for maintenance, directing IT staff, and recommending and maintaining Data Center & Network Operation Policy.
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience with MCSE, Monitoring tools, Azure Infrastructure
This role is based in Hyderabad & Chennai with a hybrid work mode (3 days in the office) and night shift timings (9.30 PM to 6.30 AM).
