NOC Engineer with Azure Cloud Experience

Job Summary

The NOC Engineer provides 247 monitoring and operational support for enterprise networks, ATM infrastructure, security platforms, and digital banking applications. The role focuses on incident triage, service restoration, vendor coordination, and ensuring service availability in line with ITIL processes and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network, system, security, and application alerts using PRTG (Paessler), Auvik, and KACE Systems Management
• Perform initial triage, impact analysis, prioritization, and escalation of incidents
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using BOSS Help Desk (ITSM)
• Handle ATM link-down, power, ISP, and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with onsite teams for physical troubleshooting
• Engage ISPs, vendors, and service providers for outage restoration
• Monitor and support banking platforms: Alkami, nCino, Encompass, Argo Connects
• Support SIT / UAT / Production environments and access provisioning
• Monitor security alerts using SecureWorks / Taegis, Tenable, and Cisco Umbrella
• Provide basic operational support for Microsoft Azure
• Handle user requests including O365 (Microsoft 365) access and service requests
• Participate in planned maintenance, deployments, and change windows
• Maintain ticket updates, shift handovers, and operational documentation
• Follow ITIL Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management processes

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation
• CCNA or equivalent
• Azure Fundamentals
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
