We're Hiring | Enterprise Sales Manager / Account Manager – Enterprise AI (3–8 Years Experience)
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)
At Filtron AI Technologies, we are building next-generation Agentic AI Platforms, Enterprise AI Chatbots, Voice AI Agents and Intelligent Automation Solutions that help large enterprises transform Sales, Customer Service, Dealer Engagement, Knowledge Management and Business Operations.
We're looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive our next phase of growth by acquiring and managing strategic enterprise customers across India.
If you have successfully navigated complex enterprise sales cycles, sold SaaS or enterprise technology solutions, and enjoy engaging with CXOs to solve real business problems, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll DoEnterprise Growth
- Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
- Identify, qualify and develop strategic accounts.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Consultative Selling
- Engage with business and technology leaders to understand their digital transformation priorities.
- Position Filtron's Agentic AI and Enterprise AI solutions to address business challenges.
- Lead discovery workshops, product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Build compelling business cases focused on measurable business outcomes and ROI.
Commercial Leadership
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers and executive presentations.
- Lead RFP/EOI responses, commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Work closely with product, engineering and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Who We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience in Enterprise Software, SaaS, AI, Cloud, Automation, Digital Transformation or IT Consulting.
- Proven experience engaging senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, VP–IT, Heads of Digital Transformation, CDOs and Business Transformation Leaders.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success managing long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
Preferred Industry Exposure
Experience selling technology solutions into one or more of the following industries will be an advantage:
