Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Farm Field Worker to manage and work hands-on in farm operations. The role involves daily fieldwork, livestock supervision, and crop management across large agricultural land.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular fieldwork in farms, including paddy field operations
• Supervise and support crop cultivation, grass growing, and feeding activities
• Take care of livestock including goats, rabbits, and cows
• Monitor farm activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Operate and handle farm vehicles and machinery as required

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must know how to ride/drive JCB, Tractor, and Car
• Hands-on experience or knowledge in paddy / Mushroom field work
• knowledge of livestock care and feeding
• Basic computer/system knowledge for reporting and coordination

Other Requirements:

• Must be ready and willing to work full-time in the field
• Physically fit for outdoor and farm-related work
• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable
