Automotive Sales Specialist

Role Overview

You will work as an Automotive Sales Specialist at Fasttracks Car Care in Hyderabad. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting aftermarket car products, accessories, and modifications that best suit their needs. You will need to provide excellent customer service, understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and achieve sales targets. It is essential to maintain knowledge of products and services, process sales transactions, and build long-term customer relationships for satisfaction and retention. A relocation bonus will be provided for this full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and close deals, catering to high-value clients and HNIs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of aftermarket car products, accessories, and services like PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing.
• Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Employ organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and manage inventory effectively.
• Prior technical understanding or experience in the automotive care industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for managing sales transactions and inventory tracking.
