You’ll help shape decisions, simplify intricate business processes, and translate complex technical needs into solutions that truly make a difference. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nApply your strengths in requirements management, user story development and business analysis to deliver solutions that drive meaningful change while working within FCC’s modern AWS data warehouse environment. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIf you enjoy working with data, care deeply about quality and detail, and communicate with clarity and purpose, this role could be a great match. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll do \r\n\r\n\r\n\tSupport the ACL process from start to finish \r\n\tTriage, analyze and refine backlog items, preparing clear user stories and requirements \r\n\tSupport backlog prioritization, process automation and ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on schedule \r\n\tUncover business needs through analysis and inquiry, beyond initial stakeholder requests \r\n\tFacilitate problem-solving and solution negotiations, fostering alignment and continuous improvement \r\n\tPlan, prioritize and deliver work within agreed timelines by balancing scope, dependencies and tradeoffs while adapting to change \r\n\tEnsure high quality of development and solutions prior to product increment release \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll bring to the team \r\n\r\nRequired qualifications: \r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, finance or a related field \r\n\tMinimum four years of experience in business analysis or product analysis \r\n\tExtensive knowledge of systems analysis and design concepts \r\n\tExpertise in requirements gathering, analysis and writing user stories \r\n\tIn-depth knowledge of data warehouses, including AWS \r\n\tStrong data background paired with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is well-understood, trusted and effectively used in delivery. \r\n\tAbility to coach and mentor others on the team \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPreferred qualifications: \r\n\r\n\r\n\tKnowledge of building queries in AWS RedShift \r\n\tFamiliarity with Agile principles \r\n\tPrevious experience with ACL \r\n\tPrevious experience with SAS \r\n\tLeadership experience (formal or informal) \r\n\tLending business knowledge \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nNot sure you meet every requirement?
