<p>FanDuel Group is looking to add an AML Transaction Monitoring Senior Associate to its Financial Crimes Compliance team, with experience in compliance and/or related operations to review and disposition alerts associated to transaction monitoring, high risk customers, sanctions, politically exposed persons (“PEPs”) and negative media. The position will be part of the Transaction Monitoring team which manages reviews of alerts/cases flagged for potential AML red flags and appropriate regulatory reporting. </p>
<p>This role will report to an AML & Sanctions Operations Transaction Monitoring Manager and sit within the FanDuel Group Legal and Compliance Team. Successful licensing with state gaming regulators will be required following employment.</p>
<p>In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.</p>

<p><strong>THE GAME PLAN</strong><br>Everyone on our team has a part to play</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform enhanced due diligence and review of customer transactional activity on customers’ accounts identified through transaction monitoring scenarios.</li>
<li>Conduct due diligence on customers whose accounts are identified through transaction monitoring or customer risk rating who engage in certain behaviors on FanDuel Group platforms.</li>
<li>Conduct ongoing monitoring reviews of customers, including adverse media, PEP, and OFAC screening in accordance with the FanDuel AML Policy.</li>
<li>Document and report findings and prepare case files for review, as necessary (e.g. results from internal system searches, media search results, etc.)</li>
<li>Assist the Transaction Monitoring team with secondary reviews and regulatory reporting determinations.</li>
<li>Mentor and coach new team members.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teams including Fraud, Payments, Risk & Trading and Retail to gather information, as needed to complete AML cases.</li>
<li>Investigate high risk transactions or behavior and escalate cases to management as needed.</li>
<li>Support operational reporting and tracking and other metrics that can be effectively used in risk-based reporting for senior management.</li>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>The applicable salary range for this position is $72,000 - $90,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
